Isaac and Lazar Lefkowitz, the duo behind Lefko Brothers Family Builders (formerly NJ Properties LLC), have earned a reputation among realtors and local homeowners for their high standards and personal approach to building and renovating homes. Known for their craftsmanship, honesty, and care, the Lefko Brothers wanted their homes—and their name—to stand for something more. They came to us to build a brand that would reflect their values and instill confidence in buyers, who are often wary of “flipped” homes with unknown builders behind the scenes.
